Israeli jurist, holds a doctorate from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University, through the direct PhD track for outstanding graduates. Served as a visiting lecturer at McGill and Yale universities. Professor of law at Netanya Academic College and former president of Orot Israel College.
