Shimon is an attorney at law and Senior Fellow at the Kohelet Policy Forum. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York City. He is currently a doctoral student at Columbia University in New York City.
