In its upcoming sessions, the Committee will discuss proposed legislation dealing with the status of the Attorney-General’s (AG) department and its director, and its authorities in the field of counsel and representation. In advance of the discussion, a platform for discussion, which summarizes the issue’s legal situation, its ambiguities and the problems that it raises is attached.
