In a series of decisions, the ICJ has allowed states to abuse treaties, thereby involving the Court in every diplomatic and political dispute imaginable. The Court has cooperated with Palestinian lawfare strategy and allowed the abuse of the Genocide Convention against Israeli victims of genocide.
