In contrast to the other 28 regions in which OCHA operates, where their focus is on supplying humanitarian aid, the branch operating in these areas defines the organization&#8217;s goals to include political efforts on behalf of the Palestinians, and ensuring that &#8220;duty-bearers are held to account&#8221;.
