The appeal was submitted in behalf of two women who had recently made aliyah from North America. Both women studied for their master&#8217;s degrees in speech therapy in respectable American universities, fulfilled their academic duties and finally attained their degrees. Based on their academic degrees, the American licensing authorities allowed them to work as speech therapists.
