This policy paper seeks to examine the justification for the existence of military radio broadcasts in the State of Israel. It presents the history of the military radio station “Galei Tzahal”, and then analyzes the arguments that support its existence in its current format. Additionally, the paper proposes specific changes to the station’s structure and modus operandi.
